OPS-X™ is a 12-month operational mastery program for emerging and growing leaders who want cleaner execution, fewer fire drills, and real time back, without turning their team into robots. Across 12 practical, build-as-you-go workshops, participants create a working operating system for planning under constraint, performance rhythms, workflow optimization, and responsible AI use that removes admin drag and sharpens decision quality.
You will leave with a working “Ops Operating System” for your role, your team, and your workflows. Practical tools, real-world builds, and practical implementation that moves a measurable needle.

For Alberta employers, OPS-X can also be positioned as productivity-skills training aligned to the Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant categories (especially Business Process & Operations Management and Digital & Technological), which may reimburse 50% of eligible direct training costs up to $5,000 per employed trainee per fiscal year.

Delivery: 12 live workshops, 3.5 hours each, monthly
Cohort size: 12–16 (keeps it interactive and high-trust)

Capstone project support, with a final showcase and a 90-day scale plan
