Learning Outcomes
- Development of a Personal Leadership Identity: Participants will craft their unique leadership purpose, identity, and brand, allowing them to define their authentic style and philosophy. This personal groundwork empowers leaders to enact their vision and values consistently across all aspects of their professional lives.
- Emotional Intelligence: They become adept at recognizing and understanding their own emotions as well as those of others, which enhances their ability to manage relationships effectively. They use empathy to connect with team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace environment. They demonstrate excellent self-regulation, managing stress, and making thoughtful decisions even in challenging situations.
- Learn and practice the basic coaching framework for coaching conversations, as well as five tough conversations: performance improvement, goal alignment, coaching others through conflict and navigating conflict, and behavior change.
- Fostering a Coaching Culture: Learners will gain the tools to nurture a coaching culture within their teams, promoting continuous personal and professional growth. This includes strategies for leading productive meetings, creating clarity, and directing focus toward developmental opportunities and creative problem-solving.

- Delivery Method - 6 x 1/2 day workshops and 5 x 2 hour online Rocket practice sessions

- Included: Online/printed workbooks and learning materials
- Each workshop requires some pre and post work, and is filled with practice time to apply your new coaching skills in a safe environment

Ongoing Support for Leadership Growth
Sage & Summit would like to follow the actualization of the participants’ new and improved skills as they grow. We will follow up with the participants and their relevant supervisors at strategic touch points during the program and 3 and 6 months afterward to gain insights into what changes and leading practices continued to impact your leaders and teams.
Insightful Leadership Assessments
Our training always includes a leadership style/communication style assessment. For this program, we use the TRiMetrix HD and EQ assessments to help the participants understand their dominant behaviors, conflict responses, and EQ baseline.
