Program Overview
Leadership Essentials is a self-paced online course that introduces new and emerging leaders to the foundational skills of modern leadership and management. The program covers core concepts like communication, decision-making, delegation, accountability, coaching skills, strategic thinking, and team fundamentals. Designed for busy professionals, this course gives participants practical tools they can apply immediately, along with reflection prompts that help them understand their leadership identity and impact. Leaders walk away with a stronger grasp of how to lead people, manage priorities, and navigate everyday workplace challenges with confidence.
