We Lead is a private executive peer advisory and leadership development program for accomplished women carrying significant organizational responsibility.
It brings together a carefully selected group of senior women leaders for honest peer counsel, professionally facilitated leadership development, individual executive coaching and an annual retreat.
This is not another networking group.
It is a room designed to help you think better, make stronger decisions and lead at greater altitude.
Format: Primarily online, with an annual in-person retreat
Cohort: 8–12 senior women leaders
Forum meetings: 10 per year
Meeting length: 3.5 hours
Executive coaching: 4 individual sessions per year
Retreat: One annual three-day executive retreat

Investment: $9,000 + GST annually
Admission: Application and fit conversation
Geography: Open to senior women leaders across Canada
Annual membership includes the retreat program and shared conference experience. Members are responsible only for their own retreat travel, hotel accommodation and personal incidentals.
What Is We Lead?
We Lead is a year-long executive peer advisory program for women in senior leadership roles.
Members meet ten times during the year in a small, confidential group to work through real leadership decisions, organizational challenges, difficult relationships, strategic questions and the personal demands of leading at a senior level.
Each member also receives four individual executive coaching sessions and participates in an annual in-person retreat.
The purpose is simple:
Better thinking around consequential leadership work.
You do not come to We Lead to collect more leadership theory.
